- Order Processing: All orders processed each month will be prepared for shipment on the second Tuesday of the following month.
- Shipping Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the carrier. Typically, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Restrictions: Shipping advertised as California only, though you may email info@kabayanwines.com to see if we can ship to your state(different shipping rates depending on state). We can only ship wine to states where it is legally permissible. Please check your state’s laws before placing an order.
- Age Verification: An adult signature (21 years or older) is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Returns and Cancellations: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
